Cosy apartment house in Tyrolean st/yle, situated in the resort of Zell am Ziller. The house was totally renovated in 2009. In the house are 3 apartments for 4 persons 1 apartment for 4-6 persons, 1 apartment for 2 persons and 1 apartment for 6-9 persons. The nearest lift station (the largest resort in the Zillertal, Zillertal Arena) is located 500m. The house is free of charge to clients with sauna, WIFI Internet connection, cot and sleigh. Near the house is a restaurant where you can board. 300m from the house is a leisure center with tennis hall, skating rink for skating and summer outdoor tennis courts, miniature golf, playground for children, bowling alley, swimming pool. This is a free-standing house with beautiful views of the mountains. Parking is available at the house. Length of stay is 7 nights, always from Sunday to Sunday (except for short stays). You have to have the opportunity to order fresh bread in the house. Discount ski card at a height of 5%.

The price of apartments is not charged a final cleaning and tourist tax € 1.00 per person / day from 15 years old. The price includes use of sauna in the house and WIFI internet connection. Clients are available free to borrow a cot and a sleigh. Breakfast optional for apartment price breakfast is 6, - €/Person.

Abbreviated terms are possible from Sunday to Wednesday (Thursday) and from Wednesday (Thursday) until Sunday. Reducing the residence Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday will be deducted from the total price for the accommodation of 10% (the price of accommodation does not count the price for final cleaning), while the middle (Thursday) through Sunday will be charged an additional +10% to the total price for accommodation (in accommodation price excluding the cost for cleaning the apartment). If the stay is less than 3 nights is charged for the price premium of 20% of the total accommodation price (the price of accommodation does not count the price for cleaning the apartment).

Abbreviated terms are not possible at Christmas and New Year period from 26.12.2010, to 2.1.2011 and spring break periods from 30.1.2011 to 20.3.2011.
